A Very Brief Review: "X-Men Origins: Wolverine"

As the summer of '09's first big release, "Wolverine" is a serviceable action flick peering into the title character's background which most comic fans (even those irritated that the film's screenwriter's apparently never read up on Emma Frost's actual mutant powers; ahem, she's a telepath) should enjoy.

And for those critics wailing about the banalities of Hugh Jackman's fourth cinematic turn as Logan, what the hell were you expecting? Hamlet?
