The following (on the topic of him being denied partial ownership in the NFL) is the perfect example of Rush Limbaugh’s favorite kind of fan: the one who would run to the nearest tall bridge, and threaten to jump off unless all liberals moved to Canada - should El Rushbo ask him to do so on-air:

After the break, Rush rejected the notion that the NFL is "apolitical" and declared that "the NFL is steeped in politics now." In response to a caller declaring he was boycotting the NFL entirely, had cancelled his DirecTV NFL package, and had even thrown all of his jerseys away, Rush declared that he was "overwhelmed" and thanked his fans for their support. - MMFA (October 15, 2009)

Jesus Christ, do these people ask themselves WWRD (“What Would Rush Do?”) to gauge whether it’s okay to go to the bathroom too?
