Recently, in response to concerns from a caller to his talk show that recent moves by the GOP may be further alienating minority—especially Hispanic—voters, Rush Limbaugh responded (paraphrasing here) that Republicans likely weren’t going to get those votes in 2010 and '12 anyhow, so who cares?
