A self-professed Christian who claims to be deeply concerned about the topic of reform on one hand as her husband is uninsured, and then shouts “Heil Hitler!” at a Jewish-born advocate of universal health care at a local rally before then mocking his grievance for recently having had to pay $8000 for a two-hour hospital visit in Las Vegas.
