I wonder…in what cave was Karl Rove residing between 2000-2008? Y’know, the days when his boss failed to veto a single spending bill - that is, until '06 when the Dems took over Congress?

And now Rove (not to mention every other Republican under the sun) is preaching the gospel of fiscal responsibility to Obama?

Is Rove high, delusional, or just thinking no one will remember the Bush Administration squandering a budgetary surplus, then driving up the deficit we enjoy today—the same one that Dick Cheney claimed did not matter--like it was going out of style?
